Volume 68 of the William & Mary Law Review is no longer accepting submissions for the Spring 2026 cycle. The current Articles Selection Committee has completed its selection process for the volume published during the 2026-2027 academic year. We appreciate the interest of all authors and look forward to reopening for submissions in Spring 2027.
